Boundary surveys are most commonly used to determine the legal ownership of a specified plot of land and often form part of a legal document (Land Registry) or lease agreement.
Our boundary surveys can be overlaid on Land Registry or historic maps in order to determine any discrepancies to help resolve any disputes or to record new titles with Land Registry/Councils. Boundary Surveys are produced on site using our Leica Total Stations and related to Ordnance Survey via GNSS site equipment. Our survey data is integrated with the Ordnance Survey Map which allows you to relate your site to its surroundings making our boundary survey drawings Land Registry compliant.
